This whisky isn’t an old bottle but a current bottle in 2019.
Although there are many kinds of Talisker, I’m going to write about [Talisker 25year] in this time.
Elegant taste in long-term aging and Unique to be typical of Talisker
This whisky is Mellow sweet, salt and peat taste to be typical of Talisker.
I guess that very aged whisky isn’t likely to unique taste.
Of course, it’s not a bad meaning at all. 🙂
But this whisky is unique taste!!
If you get more unique taste to be typical of Talisker, I want [Talisker 57°North] drink.
It’s one of my favorite whisky.
Personal-Episode
I drunk many many Talisker series.
At such time, certain Bar-Master said
Bar-Master: “May be… you should drink a whisky”
Me: “What’s it??”
Bar-Master: “It’s Talisker-25year. But it’s hard to come by.”
Me: I would drink in the whisky someday.
Quite a lot of time passed since then. may be… 2-year.
At sometime ago, I participated in a whisky-tasting.
The moment I arrived there,I went to the front of the Talisker-Section.
I got it!!
it’s delicious!!
I got some kind of answer about the whisky.
All of whisky is not only taste but story of the whisky.
I suppose Article of taste is such things.
Just because. 🙂
