So, The whisky is rare. Generally, at least the whisky needs to be aged about 12 years, therefore It is difficult to continue to make the whisky when the maker deal with a sudden demand increase.
So, this whisky price is rising.

Taste nice and very smooth.
It smells sweet like chocolate, nectar and dried fruit.
Especially, It smells chocolate.
Also, the whisky has a bit of biting taste and hasn’t sharp taste. 🙂
The taste is so well-balanced that someone can’t be very interested. Certainly, the well-balanced taste whisky doesn’t mean I don’t think that’s such a taste. Actually, It is good!!
This whisky isn’t simple balanced taste but adjective unique and a delicate taste.

Personal episode
I never know a whisky when I go to a bar in Fukuoka for the first the first time. I had only known the whisky called “Yamazaki 12-year”.
I said: “Please give me a whisky called Yamazaki.”
The barman said: “All right.”
…
I said: “To be honest, I never know a whisky!!”
The barman: “…OK.”
Then, the barman put some whiskies on the bar counter.
So, I can be drunk some whiskies for free by him, and he drew a map in Scotland to explain whisky for me.
Then, I drunk some whiskies for the first time. For example, [Laphroaig], [Ardbeg], [Macallan] and so.
This is a basis for my whisky life. 🙂
Maybe, the things called whisky isn’t only simple taste but also Relations with people and so.
