I went to Fukuoka!!

There are various type of foods, drink and so in Kyushu. foods of the sea, foods of the mountain.
For example, [CHANPON](noodle of seafood and Pok-bone soup) in Nagasaki, [BASASHI](House sashimi).

There are also various types of local foods in Fukuoka.
This time, I went to Fukuoka in Kyushu region. 🙂

I ate some local foods. 🙂
For example, Tempura fried local foods, Sashimi and so.

I have often been to Fukuoka because I have some relatives in Fukuoka. In short, it’s no exaggeration to say that Fukuoka is the second hometown. 🙂

As we grow older, I became able to drink.
Then, I have liked the Fukuoka because the local foods are delicious, low price and the locals are very friendly.
So, I go to Fukuoka more and more. 🙂

This time, I think that I want to write article about Fukuoka I know. 🙂

Fukuoka’s bar

In Fukuoka, There are some main town, Tenjun, Daimyo, Nakasu, West-Nakasu and so.
It takes within 30 minutes from these towns to each town on foot.

Also, The areas surrounding these towns are crowded with various types of bar.
So, sometimes there are a lot of bars in the same building.
So, these bars especially have features.
For example, the bar they put the most effort into ambiance or putting some old bottle or several foods exist.

It will be interesting to compare these features when you go to Fukuoka’s bar. 🙂

Many barman was working at the hotel

Many barmen were working at the hotel when I tried to talk some barman.
Then, they work at the bar have a connection with the hotel. And, some barman open a new bar.

I don’t know if that’s why the back bar and bar counter and so I saw at these bars were very beautiful. Then, the barman’s behaviour and talking and so were beautiful.
It was elegant like the hotel. 🙂

Also, I wonder if they have a local or a unique personality, they are very friendly and I always end up drinking too much. naturally. 🙂

they have not only such things but also professional service and technique.

they become good things to drink comfortably. 🙂

You can drink the award-winning cocktail

Some barman I saw is the person belong to Japan bar association. And, many original cocktails are made by many barmen. these cocktail have unique looks, taste and originality.
There is some cocktail used Japanese white radish or plum wine(liquor) and so.

Some people go to a bar in Fukuoka to drink these originality cocktails.

This time, I went to Fukuoka with my friend that is working at a bar.
He didn’t know each a bar in Japan because he was very busy and has hardly any free time. But, He has wanted to see each a bar.
So, I invited him to go to Fukuoka to see each a bar, and I got permission to take a rest to the owner he is working at the bar. the owner said “OK!” though I thought I made him get scolded. 🙂
Thank you for the owner!! 🙂

As he saw various types of a bar, he said: “I learned to a lot!! and I forget I had liked a bar”.

Also, I will think I want to publish numerous articles on whisky I drunk this time for the first time and so. 🙂
So, I was very fun to see professional some barman talk.

They are ambitious and very professional.

If I have an opportunity I want to publish articles about the barman story. 🙂
